Situated on the edge of the popular village of Wheldrake, the family run caravan park enjoys a peaceful haven of parkland dedicated to peace and quiet, coarse fishing, caravanning, and camping, with a copse providing a shelterbelt, hard standing pitches, and electric hook-ups to all pitches. The 1.5 acre lake provides stunning views throughout the season, however, for insurance reasons we are unable to allow children under the age of 16 on the caravan park.
The caravan park is just a ten minute walk from the centre of Wheldrake village, which has a small supermarket, post office, and village pub. Wheldrake is close to the River Derwent, and the ings nature reserve. A further two miles away is the Designer Outlet, and Park and Ride, with buses every ten minutes to the centre of York. There is good access to the main roads leading to the historic City of York which is approximately 7 miles away.
Open 1st March to 3rd January.
